Community Support Policy

AS Balticovo supports projects that align with the company's values and mission.

In Balticovo's community support policy, priority areas are defined as: 

 - Improvement of local community living environment (We support events and activities that promote the development, improvement, and strengthening of the local community's sports, cultural, educational, and social environment);

- Support for socially vulnerable groups (We support activities and events aimed at improving the quality of life for seniors, large families, and low-income individuals. Priority is given to the local region);

- Sports (We support the promotion of amateur and professional physical sports activities for children, youth, and adults, and their pursuit of achievements);

- Healthy lifestyle and nutrition (We support events, projects, and activities that raise awareness and educate about wholesome nutrition and a healthy lifestyle).

- Sponsorship: financial support for projects and events during which the company and its products are advertised;

- Community support: donation of financial resources or company products;

- Human resources and knowledge: lectures and presentations, masterclasses, excursions that can be provided by our employees, experts, and professionals in their field.

- The submitted project or initiative must be consistent with the company's values and align with one of the company's defined priority areas for community support;

- The project's alignment with the Balticovo brand, the reputation of the project implementer, and the company's capabilities and resources to participate in the specific initiative will also be evaluated;

- Project results must be measurable;

- Open and transparent process;

- Involvement of stakeholders;

- Opportunity to build long-term cooperation.

- private individuals;

- events and organizations whose core activities are not in line with AS Balticovo's values and mission.
