Egg clouds

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Keep the yolks one by one, each in its own shell, and set aside. Add salt to the egg whites and whisk with a mixer until stiff.

Original and delicious!

4 servings:

4 eggs

4 slices of toast

4 slices of fried bacon

½ Avocado

Salt

Pepper

Butter

Preparation:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Keep the yolks one by one, each in its own shell, and set aside. Add salt to the egg whites and whisk with a mixer until stiff. Spread the baking paper on a baking sheet and divide the whipped egg whites into 4 equal parts, make a hollow with a spoon in the middle of each cloud and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the egg whites from the oven and place the preserved egg yolk in each well. Put back in the oven for 4 minutes. While the eggs are being toasted in the toast, smear the butter on each slice, place the baked bacon slices on top of the 2 buns and the thinly sliced avocado slices on the other 2 buns. Put the egg clouds on top of the prepared buns, pour over freshly ground black pepper and serve.
